Study Status

A follow-up environmental document called Initial Study [with Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND)] / Environmental Assessment [with Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)] was completed in October 2010.

A 30-day public review of the environmental document began on November 4, 2010.  A Notice of Availability (NOA) was published in the Los Angeles Times on November 5, 2010 and in La Opinión on November 7, 2010.
