Notice of Day Work Activity - November 7

ATTENTION RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES IN THE VICINITY OF SEPULVEDA BL BETWEEN MONTANA AV THE SUNSET BL BRIDGE

Sewer line installation work will commence along Sepulveda Bl between Montana Av and the Sunset Bl bridge for approximately five months, requiring daily closures of the intersection of Homedale at Sepulveda and Bronwood at Sepulveda.  

What: Sewer line relocation 

When: Activities are anticipated to start on Monday, November 7, 2011 for approximately five months.  Anticipated work hours are from 4am to 8pm, weather permitting.    

Where: Sepulveda Bl between Montana Av Sunset Bl bridge      

What to expect:

• Sepulveda Bl will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Montana Av and the Sunset bridge from 9am to 3:30pm.
• The intersections of Homedale at Sepulveda and Bronwood at Sepulveda will be closed from 9am to 3:30pm Monday through Saturday.
• The support of excavation for this activity requires the drilling of beams and the driving of metal plates into the ground to facilitate trenching operations.
• Pounding noise and some vibration may be experienced during this operation.
