Construction Notice - December 1

ATTENTION RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS IN THE VICINITY OF SEPULVEDA BL BETWEEN MONTANA AVE AND BRONWOOD AV

The contractor will perform sewer line work along Sepulveda Bl and the intersections of Homedale St and Bronwood Av. This work requires Sepulveda Bl be reconfigured to one lane in each direction during work hours and the full closure of Homedale St and Bronwood Av.

WHAT:  Sewer lines relocation

WHEN:  Preliminary work has been completed. Relocation work will take place from December 1, 2011 through April 2012. Work hours are from 6am to 10pm with street closures between the hours of 9am to 3:30pm, Monday through Saturday.

WHERE: Sepulveda Bl between Montana Ave and Sunset Bl; Homedale St between Sepulveda Bl and Thurston Av; Bronwood Av at Sepulveda Bl

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Access to driveways will be intermittently interrupted. Advance notification will be provided to affected residents.
• Relocation activities at Homedale St and Bronwood Av will take place intermittently during the five month duration.
• Sepulveda Bl traffic will be maintained with one lane in each direction.
• Street parking may be restricted.
• Emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
• Work is weather permitting and subject to change.
