Welcome to Metro Interactive Chat Metro chat sessions are your chance to post questions and comments directly to Metro. Our guests answer as many questions as possible during each one-hour session. Time may not allow guests to answer all questions. When this is true, guests will answer the most frequently asked questions. Since chats are meant as discussion of a specific topic, please limit your questions or comments to that topic. And note that Metro moderators retain control over chats and choose the most relevant questions and that guests can decline to answer questions. Metro is not responsible for content posted by third parties. Also, please note that this forum is not the place to submit specific customer service inquiries or comments, such as reporting a late bus, commending an operator or requesting service information. For such matters, please send email so that your question or concern can be properly addressed. You can post messages in advance of coming sessions and live during each one-hour session. Replies to questions and comments posted in advance will not be posted until during the session itself.
