Go Metro to Levitt Pavilions for Free Concerts and Restaurant Discounts

Now through Sept. 14, Levitt Pavilions for the Performing Arts in Pasadena and in MacArthur Park, near downtown Los Angeles, are presenting free concerts, Wednesday through Sunday evenings. And Metro riders are eligible for discounts at nearby restaurants.

In Pasadena through Aug. 31, Levitt Pavilion at Memorial Park will provide great music, including children’s entertainment, world rhythms and jazz. Showing a Metro pass, ticket or Destination Discount card will earn a 10 percent discount at Holly Street Grill and at Hey, That’s Amore Italian Coffee House near Levitt Pavilion Pasadena. For more information on performance dates and times, go to levittpavilionpasadena.org. To get there take the Metro Gold Line to Memorial Park Station.

At Levitt Pavilion at MacArthur Park you can experience great musical entertainment under the stars at 7:30 p.m. through Sept. 14. And on Sundays at 6:30 pm., Levitt MacArthur Park presents Target Children’s Nights. For more information on all performance dates, go to levittla.org. Showing a Metro pass, ticket or Destination Discounts card will earn a 10 percent discount at Chichen Itza Restaurant and La Fonda de Los Camperos restaurant near Levitt Pavilion MacArthur Park. To get there, just hop on the Metro Red or Purple Line and get off at the Westlake/MacArthur Park Station.
