Two new routes -- Metro Rapid line 704 and Metro Rapid Express line 920 -- both take you to Santa Monica Pier. And in the San Fernando Valley, the Metro Orange Line connects with the Topanga Canyon Summer Beach Bus, a shuttle carrying riders to Topanga State Beach, Will Rogers State Beach and Santa Monica State Beach.
