Surveying work scheduled to take place along Sepulveda Boulevard between Mountaingate and north of Skirball Center Drive beginning Saturday June 11, 2011, for one week
Work crews will begin June 11 to survey the area in preparation for the relocation of existing overhead utility lines along Sepulveda Blvd between Mountaingate Dr and the area located approximately 500 feet north of Skirball Center Dr. Surveying work will be conducted during the day time hours and will not require any lane closures along Sepulveda Blvd.
This work will begin on Saturday, June 11, 2011, and resume on Monday, June 13, 2011, lasting a total of approximately one week. Once the surveying work is complete, the under grounding of existing overhead utility lines is anticipated to begin on Monday, June 20, 2011, and last for an approximate duration of 11 months.
The purpose of the work is to Survey the area for upcoming work regarding the relocation of overhead utility lines. The Work is anticipated to start on Saturday, June 11, 2011, and last approximately one week. Anticipated work hours are as follows: Saturday, June 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Monday, June 13 through Friday, June 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 3::00 p.m.
What to expect:
- There will not be any lane closures required for the surveying work
- Emergency vehicle access will be maintained
- This work will be performed by the utility companies themselves
