Fourth in Series That Highlights MTA Transportation Projects, Programs
The latest installment of Metro Motion, a 30-minute cable television program that highlights MTA transportation programs and projects, debuts on Santa Monica CityTV Channel 16 beginning Sunday, July 13.
Metro Motion will air on CityTV on the following dates: Sunday, July 13, 10:30 a.m.; Monday, July 14, 7:30 p.m.; Wednesday, July 16, 6:30 p.m.; Friday, July 18, 10:30 a.m.; Saturday, July 19, 3:30 p.m.; Sunday, July 20, 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday, July 22, 4 p.m.; Wednesday, July 23, 10 p.m.; Thursday, July 24, 8:30 a.m.; Friday, July 25, 7:30 p.m.; and Saturday, July 26, 9:30 a.m.
In addition to stories on the Metro Gold Line, Metro Motion will include an interview with MTA Board Director John Fasana, who represents the San Gabriel Valley, and the show also will provide viewers with a snapshot of many other MTA transportation programs and projects including the new Metro Rapid bus lines on Florence Avenue and Van Nuys Boulevard, the new Juror Pass Program, MTA’s transit service sectors, and MTA’s FY 04 budget.
Metro Motion is a joint production of MTA and CityTV. The show employs a news program format with two anchors, field reporters and an interview segment.
