Metro Art workshops inform artists about upcoming transit-related projects and how to apply for public art commissions. Schedule
MTA commissions artists to incorporate art into a wide array of transportation projects. To date, more than 175 artists -- including poets, performing artists and visual artists -- have been commissioned to enhance the Metro Rail and Metro Bus system.
Artists are invited to attend one of the workshops, which will be held in January at various locations throughout Los Angeles County. Workshops are free and open to all.
