Go Metro to L.A. En Vivo Block Party this Memorial Day Weekend
L.A. LIVE is the place to be this Memorial Day Weekend. L.A. En Vivo Block Party takes over the area for a 3-day festival of Latin music and culture. Go Metro and receive a $5 discount on two select concerts.
The Metro discount applies to Julion Alvarez's concert on Saturday, May 26 and Don Omar's concert on Sunday, May 27. Both performances are at Nokia Theatre and start at 7 p.m. on their respective days. Only 100 tickets for each show can be purchased with the Metro discount, so buy your tickets now. Show your valid Metro Pass or Metro Rail ticket at the box office, or enter the promo code METRO if purchasing online, to receive the $5 discount.
L.A. En Vivo Block Party will be held from May 26 to May 28. The block party at Nokia Plaza starts each day at 3 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Highlights include free cultural performances, art exhibitions, regional food specialities, soccer, hockey and boxing fan fests and a vendor village. Concerts are scheduled for each evening. Saturday and Sunday feature special after parties starting at 10 p.m. at Club Nokia and the Conga Room.
