Skirball Bridge Demolition

After midnight, workers demolish the east section of the bridge while traffic flows on the southbound lanes.

Looking southeast, the photographer captures a hoe ram pounding away at the deck of Skirball Center Dr Bridge. In the early hours of October 13, a worker uses an acetylene torch to cut the rebar under the deck.
