Después de seis noches de trabajos de demolición en el Puente Sunset que se iniciaron el pasado Viernes 23 de Julio, se continuarán la demolición por una noche mas para poder remover las columnas del centro, como parte de los trabajos para construir un carril para vehículos que comparten el viaje en la autopista I-405 en el Paso Sepúlveda.
Following six nights of Sunset Bridge demolition work that began Friday, July 23, the contractor for the northbound I-405 Sepulveda Pass carpool lane project will continue the demolition of the bridge for one additional night to remove center columns.

Metro Rail celebró su 20 aniversario con un evento en donde rinde homenaje a la historia del transporte público del Condado de Los Angeles mientras celebra su programa crecimiento masivo de trenes, listo para, transformar el paisaje urbano mientras genera mas de 100 mil nuevos empleos.
Metro Rail’s 20th anniversary was marked today at an event that paid homage to Los Angeles County’s public transit history while celebrating a massive rail expansion program poised to, literally, transform the urban landscape while generating well over 100,000 new jobs.

Beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23, through Sunday, July 25, the Metro Blue Line Florence Station will be closed due to systems maintenance and track replacement at the Florence Avenue crossing.
