1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE DRAWING. The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("METRO") Transit Survey Drawing (the "Drawing") is open to all residents of Los Angeles County who are 18 years of age or older and who have completed the Metro Transit Survey by phone. Employees, directors, and officers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this drawing. Void wherever prohibited by law.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Drawing, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Metro, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. These Official Rules shall prevail should there be an discrepancies with respect to any Drawing promotional materials. All details and other restrictions regarding the Drawing not specified in these Official Rules shall be determined by Metro in its sole discretion.

3. DRAWING PERIOD: Drawing Periods are one week long. Drawings are held for each week the Metro Transit Survey is distributed. Each Drawing Period begins at 12:01 PT on the Monday of each week and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on the Friday of each week (the "Term").

4. HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible for the Drawing, each entrant must complete the brief transit survey by phone interview. Upon completion of the phone interview the participant's name and phone number will be entered into the Drawing. In order for the entry to be valid, the participant must provide correct contact information at the time of transit survey phone interview. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Participants who attempt to enter multiple times or as multiple participants will be disqualified. Metro is not responsible for any change to telephone numbers of participants, nor is Metro responsible for contact information incorrectly given or entered by participant.

5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will be selected from each Drawing Period to receive a check in the amount of $500. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings are held after all possible surveys from a given drawing period are completed (typically six weeks). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize. Prize winner will be notified within 3 days after selection of a winner. Prizes are not transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Metro does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, or printing errors or telephone failures of any kind or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Drawing is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this promotion, or submission of entries Metro reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Drawing and in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of Metro and will not be returned. Potential winner will be notified by phone, and will be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release. If potential winner does not reply to such notification within 10 days of the date of transmission, the notification is undeliverable after up to three attempts, or if the Affidavit and Release is not executed and returned to Metro within 10 days of receipt, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant to Metro of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information, and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Metro reserves the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this promotion, and Metro's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Drawing. Metro reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it either finds to be (i) acting in violation of these Rules; (ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (iii) acting with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of Metro or to erode the goodwill of Metro; or (iv) exhibiting conduct that Metro finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable.

7. RELEASE: By entering this Drawing, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Metro, its subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Drawing or receipt or any use of any prize, or occurring while traveling to or from or participating in any prize-related activity. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Metro.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: No correspondence will be acknowledged. Upon entry into the Drawing, participant agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. If for any reason Metro is not capable of running the Drawing as planned, Metro reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing. Metro may further modify or amend the Official Rules for the Drawing, without notice of any kind or nature to the public, to the extent that Metro may deem it necessary, at Metro's sole judgment and discretion, to do so to ensure that the Drawing is carried out, and the prize is awarded, in a completely lawful, fair and impartial manner.

9. DISPUTES: In the event of any dispute, all parties agree that the judgment and decision of Metro shall be final and binding in the presentation of the prize.

10.
