How does Live Help work?

1. Click the ‘Start Chat’ button on this page to start a chat session.

2. You will be prompted to provide your name and question you wish to get answered.

3. The chat window appears. The upper space offers a visual transcript of the conversation, while the lower portion is space to type comments during the conversation.

4. When a conversation is complete, click the ‘Close’ button to exit the chat window.
