- It's easy...just click here or call 213-922-7017 for a mini-application, fill it out and drop it in the mail.
- Once approved, call in your order and receive it C.O.D. (cash on delivery) at our Metro Customer Center, One Gateway Plaza, Cesar Chavez Ave. & Vignes St., Downtown LA
- All Metro fare media purchased under this program are non-refundable
