| Description: | Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), in cooperation with California Department of Transportation and the City of Los Angles, will be implementing High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes on approximately 14 miles (48 lane miles) of I-10 east of downtown Los Angeles and approximately 16.5 miles (33 lane miles) of I-110 south of downtown Los Angeles. The requirement includes a comprehensive, turnkey toll collection system, field equipment, operations, and maintenance to include four (4) distinct tasks; 1) Equipment design, supply, install and test; 2) Civil Engineering Work; 3) Operations; 4) Maintenance (after acceptance).
