| Description: | METRO has a rail system consisting of approximately 80 miles of track encompassing 70 stations. The facilities are connected by a series of concrete guide ways, bridges and subway tunnels. These concrete structures at various locations experience seepage or leaks from ground water intrusion that require grouting as outlined in the contract specs. Grouting is anticipated to be performed on a fiscal year basis within budgeted amounts, including all METRO facilities, bridges and any structure identified by METRO susceptible to water inflows that require grouting as outlined in the contract. The resultant contract, if awarded, will be for a period of five years with two one-year options, if required. |
